1. General Disclosure
Sterling Digital Law (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides downloadable templates, instructional materials, and educational resources for informational purposes only. By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any digital product, video, instruction sheet, affidavit guidance, portal content, or related materials (collectively, “Materials”), you (“User” or “Consumer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Materials.
2. No Legal Advice or Representation
The Materials are self-help resources and do not constitute legal advice, legal representation, or the creation of an attorney-client relationship. Sterling Digital Law is not acting as your attorney and does not provide individualized legal advice. You are solely responsible for determining whether the Materials are appropriate for your situation, jurisdiction, and goals. If you need legal advice, consult a licensed attorney in your state.
3. Educational Content; Training Videos and Instruction Sheets
Sterling Digital Law provides training videos, instruction sheets, and affidavit guidance documents to help you understand how to complete the templates and organize your dispute documentation. These resources are provided to assist you; however, they do not guarantee any outcome and do not replace professional advice.
By using the Materials, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for reviewing the training videos and reading the applicable instruction sheets before submitting disputes.
- Your results depend on how you complete, submit, and follow up on your dispute package and on third-party decision-making.
- The Company may direct Users to review existing materials before providing support, as many common questions are addressed within the program.
4. Results May Vary; No Reliance on Outcomes
We make no representations, guarantees, or warranties as to the outcomes you may achieve using the Materials. Success in disputes or corrections depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including the accuracy of your information, your credit or rental history, applicable laws, and the policies and discretion of credit bureaus, furnishers, landlords, or third parties. You acknowledge that results will vary and that past performance does not guarantee future results.
5. No Guarantee of Deletion, Correction, or Favorable Outcome
We do not and cannot guarantee that any particular item will be deleted, corrected, updated, or resolved. You assume all responsibility for submitting documents correctly, responding to agency requests, meeting deadlines, and following up appropriately.
6. Laws, Policies, and Agency Practices May Change
The Materials reflect our best understanding of applicable consumer reporting laws and dispute practices as of the Effective date above. Credit reporting laws, dispute procedures, and agency practices may change at any time. The Company is under no obligation to update any previously purchased Materials or notify you of changes.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties (AS-IS)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Materials are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including (without limitation) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, or availability.
8. Limitation of Liability; Release; Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Sterling Digital Law, its owners, officers, contractors, employees, affiliates, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Materials.
This includes, without limitation, claims relating to:
- Denial of credit, denial of housing, or adverse decisions by third parties
- Credit score changes, reporting updates, delays, or lack of changes to your file
- Identity theft complications, disputes with furnishers, or third-party investigations
- Business interruption, lost profits, incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages
You further agree to release and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from your actions, submissions, communications, or misuse of the Materials. You agree to indemnify and defend the Company against any third-party claims arising from your use of the Materials, including submissions made using the templates.
9. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All templates, letters, videos, instruction sheets, and supporting materials are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, share, modify, or create derivative works from the Materials without express written permission. Unauthorized use or misrepresentation of Company intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Nonrefundable Purchases
All purchases are final and nonrefundable. Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital content delivery, no refunds or exchanges will be granted for any reason, including dissatisfaction with outcomes. By purchasing, you confirm that you have read the product description and agree that all sales are final.
11. Eligibility and Lawful Use
By purchasing or using the Materials, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that you will use the Materials for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Materials to commit fraud, misrepresentation, or any unlawful act.
12. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Materials shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Washington, D.C., and you waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the District of Columbia. To the extent any holding-company related dispute applies, Delaware law may also apply.
